QA/QC Engineer / Assistant Engineer
Responsibilities
- This role is primarily responsible for the overall quality assurance and quality control of Production.
- Coordinate customer feedback or complaints and ensure that corrective actions are initiated, implemented and maintained in Production;
- Oversee Lab testing procedures, Lab equipment maintenance and calibration;
- Ensure proper document control, effective filing systems and that relevant records are available at all times;
- Provide technical training to new technicians on Lab operations, testing procedures, proper Lab equipment usage, Lab safety, and housekeeping;
- Maintain effectiveness of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System;
- Other duties as assigned.

Education: Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Quality Control role
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Quality Control / Assurance or equivalent
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is preferred
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written English
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Travelling may be required for this position
