Conservation Activities

Objective

15 employees of Pantech Stainless & Alloy Industries Sdn Bhd voluntarily went to pick-up rubbish at the river banks of Kampung Bakar Batu Johor Bahru in support of the company’s conservation activity.

Before the clean-up, participating employees took precautionary measures by wearing protective gloves, wear closed-toed shoes, put on sunscreen and wore a hat.

During the clean-up, participating employees always stay in teams of two or more, use recyclable rubbish bags for rubbish sorted in different categories such as aluminium, glass, paper and plastic which is unrecyclable.

After the clean-up, participating employees drop the sorted rubbish off at a recycling centre in the company.
