Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production activities to ensure smooth operation, man power sufficient and achieved good quality output.
• Provide training for workers to meet the production goals and quality requirement.
• Investigate problem or identify potential problem, determine the root cause, provide corrective actions and prevention plans.
• Ensure workers compliance with health and safety regulations, safe work practice, and proper handling of equipment and machinery.
• Propose recommendation on standard operating procedures (SOPs) or equipment improvement to maximize production efficiency and minimize the production cost.
