Responsibilities
- Possess a pleasant and mature personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Well-organized with the ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Manage all secretarial and administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting preparations, including compiling meeting materials and taking minutes
- Maintain an accurate and reliable filing system
- Oversee daily affairs, assigned sub-tasks, and ad-hoc duties

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational corporation
- Relevant secretarial qualifications, such as a Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a prerequisite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
